Doubleclick on oicture only shows "Please insert"

Hello,
I have connected Neofinder via Webdav to a directory of my Synology NAS (OS 6.x). The indexing and the creation of thumbnails also worked perfectly. However, I can't open the photos directly in Neofinder, a double click on the thumbnails always brings a "Please insert" (Bitte einlegen) box. Ist ist not possible to open fotos directly via doubleclick?
